Job Description

Role Objective


To serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, maintaining a professional, calm, and organized front office environment that reflects the ethos of Ayurvedic wellness and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities



Front Office Management



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally Maintain visitor logs and ensure access protocols are followed (GMP hygiene compliance, visitor passes, etc.) Manage incoming and outgoing courier/mail

Telephone and Communication Handling



Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using the EPABX system Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication to relevant departments Respond to routine queries and direct non-routine queries to appropriate personnel

Administrative Support



Maintain front desk records and update daily reports/logbooks Coordinate meeting room schedules and support in arranging meetings Assist HR/Admin with interview coordination, employee onboarding, or external visits

Office Presentation



Ensure the reception area is clean, well-maintained, and reflects the wellness-based image of the company

Documentation and Stationery



Monitor and maintain front office supplies (stationery, visitor forms, etc.) Assist in managing petty cash records or minor admin tasks when needed

Required Qualifications



Graduate in any stream (preferably B.A., B.Com, BBA) One to three years of front desk or administrative experience (preferably in pharma, Ayurvedic, or FMCG sectors) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Professional appearance and polite demeanor

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in a GMP-certified manufacturing facility Familiarity with basic ERP systems or visitor management software Interest or basic understanding of Ayurvedic products and terminology

Work Hours



Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
(Flexibility during audits, vendor visits, or peak seasons may be required)
