Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Perform light administrative task, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent *communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
