- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.- Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes- Handle and route incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.- Manage a high volume of calls with prompt and courteous communication.- Record and relay messages accurately to the concerned individuals or departments.- Manage courier services, postal deliveries, and outgoing mail.- Maintain an organized schedule for meeting rooms and appointments.- Assist in basic administrative tasks as required by management.- Address client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.- Graduate in any discipline.- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or telephone operator in a professional setting.- Excellent communication skills in English.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Pleasant demeanor and professional attitude.
