Bolmay Chocolate, established in 2017, is a fast-growing chocolate manufacturing brand specializing in chocolate dips and B2B chocolate solutions. With factories in Bangalore and Calicut, we supply premium chocolates to the ice cream and dessert industry across India. We are looking for a smart and responsible Receptionist who will also handle purchase coordination and shipping of finished goods at our Bangalore factory. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, while ensuring smooth operations of material procurement and timely dispatch of products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations: attend calls, greet visitors, maintain visitor log. Handle day-to-day purchase requirements - raise purchase orders, follow up with vendors, ensure timely delivery of raw materials. Coordinate shipping and logistics for finished goods - prepare invoices, track dispatches, and ensure on-time delivery to clients. Maintain records of inward and outward stock. Support factory admin tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and documentation. Liaise with courier/transport partners for smooth dispatch operations.
Requirements
Graduate (any discipline) with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Good communication skills in English, Malayalam and Kannada. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, invoicing software). Organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in purchase/logistics will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,176.64 - ₹16,999.98 per month
