Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
Coordinate with staff and departments as required
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, polite, and well-presented personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Ability to multitask and handle work pressure
Good organizational and time-management skills
