to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while managing front-desk operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department
Manage appointment scheduling and visitor records
Maintain front desk discipline and office decorum
Support HR and admin with basic coordination
Keep track of office entries, exits, and visitor logs
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Presentable and confident personality
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Prior experience is a plus (Freshers may also apply)
