Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Management:

Greet guests warmly, provide refreshments, manage visitor logs, issue security passes, and direct people to the right departments.

Telephone & Communication:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, take messages, manage voicemails, and handle routine emails and correspondence.

Scheduling & Calendar Management:

Book and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Administrative Support:

Sort and distribute mail/deliveries, make copies, data entry, filing, and maintain office supplies.

Front Office Maintenance:

Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Essential Skills:

Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Organization, time management, and multitasking. Professional demeanor and a friendly, pleasant personality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
