Welcome and guide students, parents, and visitors
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries
Provide information about courses, workshops, and gaming sessions
Manage registrations, attendance, and basic records
Coordinate schedules for classes and gaming slots
Support day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain a professional and positive front-desk environment
Required Skills & Qualities
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Willingness to learn and grow in an educational environment
