Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients visiting the immigration office
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client processing
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English
Polite, punctual, and presentable
