We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible

Recaption Executive

to manage front-desk operations at our immigration office in Jalandhar. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist clients visiting the immigration office Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client processing Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English Polite, punctual, and presentable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
