Receptionist - Key Responsibilities



Warm Customer Greeting


Welcome every visitor or caller with a polite, calm, and positive tone aligned with Ayurvedic wellness values.

Product Knowledge Mastery


Learn the benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and pricing of all Ayurveda products to assist customers confidently.

Handle Incoming Calls & Queries


Respond to inquiries regarding products, orders, availability, and delivery timelines in a clear and helpful manner.

Order & Inquiry Logging


Record customer inquiries, complaints, and orders accurately in the system or designated logs.

Maintain a Clean, Peaceful Front Desk


Keep the reception area organized, hygienic, and reflective of an Ayurveda wellness environment.

Customer Support & Guidance


Provide basic guidance on product selection based on customer needs (without giving medical claims).

Coordinate With Sales & Dispatch Teams


Communicate customer orders, follow-ups, and urgent requests promptly to the relevant departments.

Manage Appointments & Schedules


If applicable, maintain calendars for meetings, consultations, or vendor visits.

Documentation & Record Keeping


Maintain files, invoices, receipts, courier details, and daily reports with accuracy.

Professional Conduct & Confidentiality


Uphold company values, maintain customer privacy, and represent the Ayurveda brand with respect and dignity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,999.00 per month
