Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional support to clients, visitors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a timely manner. Manage appointments, maintain schedules, and coordinate meeting rooms. Handle basic administrative tasks such as email management, photocopying, filing, and data entry. Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment. Assist with incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Provide support to HR/admin teams as required. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.

Requirements:



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM preferred). Ability to multitask and stay organized. Professional appearance and behavior.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?8,528.68 - ?25,662.42 per month
