to manage daily office operations at our factory showroom in Ludhiana.
The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customers and basic sales tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Open and close the showroom independently.
Handle walk-in customers and assist them with product details & pricing.
Perform basic sales tasks, including applying discounts (no heavy calculations).
Manage daily office paperwork and maintain proper file documentation.
Handle emails professionally and communicate with clients when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Complete all daily assigned tasks on time.
Keep inventory and product records updated.
Maintain proper coordination with management.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of
MS Excel & MS Word

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to use a computer confidently.
Basic understanding of sales and discount handling.
