We are looking for a

smart, well-presented, and confident female Receptionist

to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage and route incoming calls efficiently while maintaining office communication. Handle front-desk operations including mail, courier, and appointment scheduling. Maintain visitor logs and ensure office reception area remains tidy and organized. Provide administrative support to HR and operations teams as required. Assist in coordinating office activities and events.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentable appearance with a positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, calls handling tools, etc.) Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred.
