, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You'll be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling calls, and ensuring a welcoming environment at the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments
Schedule client appointments and maintain the front-desk calendar
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle basic inquiries about services and provide company brochures/information
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office functioning
Maintain visitor logs and manage basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role (preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi
Presentable and professional appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
Polite, well-spoken, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
