We are looking for a smart, courteous, and well-spoken female Receptionist to be the face of Redpath Diagnostics. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle patients and visitors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a smile Handle patient registration, billing, and report delivery Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information ? Coordinate with lab staff for smooth workflow Maintain cleanliness and decorum at the reception area Ensure a positive experience for every visitor
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream) Good communication in English and Hindi; Punjabi preferred Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, etc.) Prior experience in a clinic or diagnostic lab will be an advantage
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives
