Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it's tidy and presentable
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meeting rooms, and visitor access
Assist with basic administrative support: data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying
Coordinate with security or facilities for access control
Provide information and answer general inquiries about the organisation
Maintain logs or visitor registers
Handle ad hoc tasks and support other departments as needed
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative certification is a plus)
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Professional, friendly, and outgoing
Basic computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask
Good organization skills, attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
