Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logbooks) Schedule meetings and appointments Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry Manage office supplies and keep inventory of stock Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Requirements and Skills:



Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,540.86 - ?20,659.56 per month
