Job Description

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and politely. Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. Provide information about the company to callers and visitors when appropriate. Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills



High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
