The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Provide basic information to visitors and clients
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Qualification
Graduation: additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
