We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized
Receptionist
to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, Receptionist plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This position involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and hospital staff in a courteous and helpful manner
Answer and direct phone calls and messages promptly and professionally
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using hospital systems
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance and personal details
Process patient check-in and check-out procedures accurate
Handle billing inquiries and process payments or co-pays
Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient flow is efficient
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
