We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk activities including receiving deliveries, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. Provide basic information about the company and services to clients and visitors. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared in advance. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain employee and visitor attendance registers. Support HR and Admin departments with additional clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional appearance and behavior. High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
