Greet and assist all visitors, guests, and staff professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
Ensure visitor records are accurately maintained (entry/exit logbook or visitor management system).

Call Management
Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls efficiently.
Take messages accurately and ensure timely delivery to concerned persons.
Maintain an updated internal extension/contact directory.
3.
Visitor Coordination
Issue visitor passes and inform concerned departments of guest arrivals.
Ensure adherence to visitor protocols and escort procedures, if needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security at the entrance point.
4.
Administrative Support
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and correspondence.
Provide basic clerical support such as photocopying, filing, or document handling.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure their readiness (cleanliness, stationery, refreshments).
5.
Office Communication & Coordination
Assist in sending internal communications, circulars, and notices as directed.
Liaise with housekeeping, security, and facility teams for smooth front-office operations.
6.
Record Keeping & Reports
Maintain daily attendance log of visitors and staff if required.
Prepare daily/weekly visitor reports and submit to HR/Admin.
Ensure forms, applications, and display boards are updated and neatly arranged.
7.
Professional Conduct
Uphold high standards of grooming, punctuality, and etiquette.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, visitors, and internal matters.
Represent the company's image through a courteous and professional demeanor.
