Job Description

We are hiring female candidate for this post having following skills:


Welcome clients, guests, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. Direct them to appropriate personnel or departments.

Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and also organize and coordinate meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Handle tasks such as filing, data entry, mail distribution, and office supply management.

Ensure that the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and free of clutter.

Sort and distribute mail and packages also prepare outgoing mail and courier services.

Offer information about the company, services, and local area to visitors and callers.

Assist in coordinating activities and communicating between departments as needed.

Monitor visitor logs and ensure that security protocols are followed.

Skills:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, email, scheduling tools).

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptable and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
