Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
Respond to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Assist with concierge services, such as booking tours, transportation, or restaurant reservations.
Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and billing transactions accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
