Should have experience in working as a Receptionist or Front Desk in an overseas recruitment consultancy firm
Should be aware of VISA and documentation processes for Gulf countries.
Communication:
Answer incoming calls, screen and forward them to the appropriate person, handle general inquiries, and manage correspondence and courier services.
Client Support:
Provide basic information to clients, address their concerns, and direct them to relevant staff members.
Administrative Support:
Assist with data entry, filing, preparing documents, managing schedules, and monitoring office supplies.
Data & Lead Management:
Update and maintain client data and records in CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets.
Office Operations:
Monitor office expenses and costs, maintain an organized filing system, and ensure the reception area reflects the company's standards.
