A Receptionist IPD/OPD handles front-desk operations for Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) departments, involving greeting patients, managing appointments and calls, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with other hospital staff. Key duties include processing patient check-ins and check-outs, handling billing inquiries and payments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming for both walk-in OPD patients and admitted IPD patients.
