Greet and assist visitors, authors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
Assist in maintaining contact databases (authors, vendors, schools, distributors, etc.).
Support administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Coordinate with editors, designers, and sales staff for internal communication or visitor requirements.
Handle basic inquiries about books, catalogues, or company information.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
