We are seeking a qualified and experienced Officer for our Customer Relation department. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The primary responsibilities of the Officer - Customer Relation will include providing excellent customer service, handling billing inquiries, effective communication with clients, problem solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy work environment
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
