to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally
Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain front desk decorum and office coordination
Assist internal teams with day-to-day office support
Required Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or front-office executive (freshers may apply)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
Well-organized, punctual, and responsible
