Job Summary

: Hotel Blue Residency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist to oversee the front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Monitor and manage front desk inventory, including supplies and equipment. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures. Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures for the front desk operations. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
