The
Receptionist
will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their basic requirements, directing them to the concerned sales executives, and maintaining smooth communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet walk-in customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Attend phone calls, answer inquiries, and transfer calls to the concerned department.
Provide information about products, offers, and ongoing promotions to customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handling and follow-up.
Maintain a daily visitor and inquiry register.
Ensure the reception and customer lounge area are clean and well-organized.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and updating inquiry records.
Handle customer feedback and route it to the concerned department.
Support the sales team with appointment scheduling and test ride coordination.
Assist in maintaining brochures, display materials, and other customer information resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
