We are seeking a dynamic and pleasant individual to manage our front desk and handle telephonic communications. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome walk-in visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain visitor records and ensure front desk decorum
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
Tele Calling Duties:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming calls
Provide information about courses, admission procedures, and fee structures
Follow up with leads generated through online/offline campaigns
Schedule and confirm appointments or campus visits
Maintain telephonic communication records and update the CRM/reporting system
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and handle front desk responsibilities efficiently
Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Work Timings:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
