Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages when necessary.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication flow.
Maintain the front office area -- ensuring cleanliness and professional appearance.
Assist HR/Admin in clerical and administrative tasks when required.
Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and conference calls.
Handle inquiries from visitors and provide necessary information politely.
Manage office supplies related to the reception area.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English and Telugu/Hindi.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Pleasing personality and confident approach.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
