Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and should maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and handle front desk operations professionally
Attend and manage incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Handle basic office coordination and administrative tasks
Manage courier, dispatch, and inward-outward registers
Support HR and accounts team with basic documentation work
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Skills & Competencies Required
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good typing speed
and accuracy
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic computer and email handling knowledge
Professional attitude and punctuality
