Manage front desk operations, visitor handling, and member assistance
Maintain club house bookings, amenity usage records, and registers
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and basic administrative work
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and setup
Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and smooth functioning of club house facilities
Assist during community events, meetings, and gatherings
Ensure discipline and SOP compliance within premises
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, organized, and customer-focused
Salary:
As per industry standards
