We are seeking a polite, responsible, and well-presented
Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and support daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and customers promptly and courteously.
Manage incoming calls, maintain call logs, and route inquiries to concerned departments.
Register patient details and maintain visitor records.
Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information about services and guide patients to respective departments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and file maintenance.
Support internal teams during busy hours or special requirements.
Ensure professional behaviour and adherence to company protocols.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
1-3 years of experience as Receptionist/Front Desk Executive (healthcare sector preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
