We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office calendars.
Maintain basic records and update contact lists.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff as required.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service attitude with a professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass (depending on company preference).
