Key Responsibilities
:
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Coordinate with internal teams for visitor meetings and appointments.
Receive and distribute deliveries and couriers efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails related to front-desk activities.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and follow security protocols.
Assist the HR/Admin department with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and printing.
Schedule meeting rooms and manage office calendars for appointments.
Support basic administrative activities as directed by senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
:
Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-groomed, polite, and professional in appearance and behavior.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with IT industry terminology is a plus.
