Responsibilities of a Receptionist:

Greeting and directing visitors:

Welcome guests, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and provide information.

Answering and managing phone calls:

Professionally handle incoming calls, take messages, and route calls to the correct individuals.

Administrative tasks:

Schedule appointments, manage correspondence, update calendars, and perform basic office duties.

Maintaining a tidy reception area:

Keep the reception area organized, clean, and well-stocked with supplies.

Handling mail and deliveries:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

Providing customer service:

Be friendly, helpful, and professional in all interactions with visitors and clients.

Operating office equipment:

Use standard office equipment like fax machines, copy machines, and computers.

Keeping records:

Maintain accurate records of visitor requests, phone calls, and other relevant information.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
