Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls; route calls to concerned departments.
Maintain visitor entry records and issue visitor passes.
Handle front desk emails, courier, and postal services.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and inform concerned staff.
Maintain office cleanliness and reception area presentation.
Assist HR/Admin team with basic documentation and data entry.
Handle office supplies for reception and raise indent when required.
Support coordination of travel, meetings, and appointments when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive preferred.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
Pleasant personality with professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.
