Job Summary
We are looking for a polite, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate travel bookings and office activities smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services.
Maintain front desk operations and ensure a neat reception area.
Coordinate
ticket booking, hotel booking, and travel arrangements
for staff and management.
Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support to office staff.
Maintain records, visitor logs, and office documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day office requirements.
Ensure proper communication flow within the organization.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Presentable, well-organized, and responsible.
