The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for managing the front desk, handling calls, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor entry register and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, parcels, and documents
Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail
Maintain front office cleanliness and discipline
Assist HR and Administration team with basic clerical work
Manage office stationery and front desk supplies
Handle email communication related to front office activities
Skills & Competencies:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Pleasing personality with professional appearance
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / HSC (12th Pass)
0-2 years of experience in front office / receptionist role preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
