The Receptionist at Alloy Workspace is the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-desk experience while supporting daily workspace operations. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic coworking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Member Experience
Greet members, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Administrative Support
Workspace Operations
Monitor common areas to ensure cleanliness and professionalism
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely support
Event & Community Support
Assist with in-house events, meetings, and community activities
Foster a positive community atmosphere among members
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
0-3 years of experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Attributes
Experience in coworking spaces, business centers, hotels, or serviced offices
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills
