Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage the front desk and maintain a neat and presentable reception area.
Answer incoming calls, screen them, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and parcels.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and inform concerned staff about visitors.
Assist HR and administration with basic clerical and administrative tasks.
Maintain office contact lists and update records as required.
Ensure compliance with office security and safety procedures.
Support coordination between departments when required.
