Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visitor & Call Management:

Greet visitors, manage visitor logs, answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and take messages.

Scheduling:

Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics like conference room setup.

Administrative Support:

Sort and distribute mail/packages, handle emails, data entry, filing, photocopying, and draft documents.

Office Maintenance:

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies, and coordinate office upkeep.

Customer Service:

Provide information, address concerns, and create a positive first impression for clients and guests.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Organization:

Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.

Technical:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Interpersonal:

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

Any graduate or equivalent is typically required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,310.18 - ₹25,370.15 per month
