Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Maintain front desk cleanliness and office decorum
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Handle inquiries and provide accurate informatioN
