1. Manages the front desk & serving as the first point of contact by greeting visitors.
2. Handling calls, and directing inquiries. Maintain visitor logs, including details about the person they visit and the purpose of their visit.
3. Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.
3. Performing administrative duties like scheduling, managing mail/deliveries, maintaining organized common areas, ordering supplies, and supporting staff with tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing meeting rooms, all while ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
