We are looking for a polite, well-presented, and customer-oriented
Receptionist
to manage front desk operations at our automobile showroom/workshop. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and must ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and visitors courteously
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the concerned department (Sales / Service / Insurance / Accessories)
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment bookings
Register customer details in system/register
Coordinate with Service Advisors / Sales Executives for customer handling
Maintain visitor log, job card entries, and appointment schedules
Handle basic billing support, document collection, and follow-ups if required
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at reception area
Support CRM activities and customer feedback collection
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred)
Customer-friendly attitude and multitasking ability
Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate
0-2 years
experience as receptionist (Automobile experience preferred)
Working Hours:
As per showroom/workshop schedule
Salary & Benefits:
As per industry standards salary & incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
