We are looking for a polite, well-presented, and organized
Receptionist
to manage front-desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them appropriately
Maintain visitor entry records and issue visitor passes
Coordinate meetings and inform concerned staff
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and official documents
Maintain front desk, reception area, and meeting room readiness
Support basic administrative and coordination tasks
Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct
Requirements & Skills
Graduate or equivalent qualification
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or front-office executive
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,303.29 - ₹22,357.56 per month
