Manage appointment calendars and meeting room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general correspondence.
Perform data entry, filing, copying, and other clerical tasks as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Skills :
Excellent communication, time management, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office equipment (phones, computers, printers).
